The journey

When I was 16 years old I met my first "yoga guru" in San Francisco. This encounter was to lay the foundation of an never-ending journey. A journey of devotion and love for life, a pathway that allowed me to discover the place within where the inner smile lives. With sensitivity and empathy I take my students by their hands bringing them towards their boundaries every time helping them to discover different pathways leading to their own selves.

Duncan Wong, the fascinating Yogic Love Warrior from San Francisco was this first master. After that time with him coming, back to Germany, I could not find anybody or anything that compared to him and the time we spent. Duncan could not be replaced by anybody. Finally after studying international business and got my bachelor in marketing management I found my way back to yoga. In 2012 I finished my first 300 hours yoga teacher training and started to teach PhysioFlowYoga. Ever since then I experience and find inspiration in many different yoga styles leading to my own way of teaching including Jivamukti Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Bikram Yoga. This way my yoga classes are never the same and let my students discover something new whenever they join me. Diverse teacher trainings and workshops with some of the world leading yoga instructors allow me to teach all kind of yoga styles, among those Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yin Yang Yoga.

My experience as a fitness trainer, Flow Tonic® and fascia instructor give my classes a sporty touch. In 1998 I studied the technique of transcendental meditation with George Quant in L.A., originally found by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, this way I can help my students to find their own selves and experience a pleasant, enjoyable and decent approach to spirituality.
