We will meet for dinner at Neni restaurant, Bahnhofplatz 1, 80335 Munich, March 15, 2019 at 7 pm to get to know each other and get organized for this retreat.

In this beautiful yoga retreat we will travel through all our energy centers, the chakras, in order to allow our life energy, our prana, to flow again freely and joyfully. Meditation, creative, dynamic yoga flows as well as deep, long stretches will harmonize our yin and yang, our female and male powers - strengthening these qualities will support us when we are back in our every day lifes. Body, mind and soul will re-charge, health and well-being benefit, after this week you will feel stronger, more flexible and re-balanced physically, mentally and emotionally. You will return home and profit from this time-out and its effects for a long time. Love your self, open your eyes for the beauty of life and enjoy each and every moment.
Annette grew up with yoga and met her first yoga teacher and guru Duncan Wong in San Francisco when she was 16 years old. She practiced yoga with him and since then has been following this beautiful path - a journey that never ends. Annette has been teaching yoga for about 10 years now, she organizes workshops and yoga retreats. Until today she has completed more than 500 hours of teacher trainings herself including Power Yoga with Bryan Kest, Vinyasa Yoga, PhysioFlowYoga® and Yin Yoga. Annette also teaches different techniques of mediation, since 1998 she practices transcendental meditation. Her experience as a personal fitness trainer and nutrition coach give her classes an holistic approach.
Our program will be as follows (may be subject to changes):
8 am meditation practice
short break: tea, fruit, nuts
8:30 am yoga - dynamic chakra yoga - 90-120 minutes
10 am / 10:30 am brunch
activities / time for yourself
5:30 pm yoga - yin yoga, yin yang yoga, depending on energy level - 90 minutes
7:30 pm dinner
May 18, 2019 we start the retreat at 6 pm with a gentle yoga class.
May 25, 2019 we start at 7:30 am and finish around 9:30 am with a small breakfast.
One evening we will practice the Osho kundalini meditation instead of doing yoga.
One day we will visit Etna alternatively if you don't want to join I recommend that you visit the Scala dei Turchi and the Greek temples in Agrigento, there is no yoga this day (no date set yet as dependent on the weather conditions). Please let me know if you want to join a group hiking all the way up to the main crater. Otherwise you can take the funicular and unimogs up and enjoy the vulcano from a "safer" distance.
All apartments are beautifully furnished and have a shared kitchen and Wifi.
You will be served healthy, organic vegetarian food.
