Sugar, Honey & the Drums @ Munich Yoga Conference 2019

Micha Ellwanger (Honey) and Annette Kuhlmann (Sugar) found this musical project with which they want to combine yoga and music in a way untypical in the scene, experimenting and crossing conventional borders. 

Who does not long for this wonderful vacation on this beautiful island lying beneath palm trees at the beach now and then ...  this time for yourself ... relax and allow your soul to rest, find your balance and then return to every day life totally refreshed and energized?

The combination of live music and yoga will take you on a very special adventure trip through your body. Just like going diving in the wild ocean you will dive into another world: You leave everyday life behind to feel yourselve intensely wrapped up and touched by diverse sound that allows you to drop stress, fear and negative thoughts. Intense yoga practices like this activate healing energies in your body, mind and soul. You do not need any pre-knowledge and you do not need to book a flight for this trip!

Micha Ellwanger is music producer and studio musician. He works for diverse artists in the pop, hip-hop and rock scene as well as on projects for advertisement agencies and film productions.  He owns a music studio in Munich since 1996 - the blue 330 music studio. Annette Kuhlmann grew up with yoga. In 1992 she met her guru Duncan Wong in San Francisco and has been dedicated to the path of yoga ever since. She has been teaching different stiles for almost 10 years now: Power yoga in the tradition of  Bryan Kest, vinyasa yoga, PhysioFlowYoga®, yin yang yoga, yin yoga as well as yoga nidra, meditation and nutrition in diverse fitness and yoga studios, companies and offers private classes. Annette organizes yoga workshops and yoga retreats.

Andreas Keller studied at the well-known drummer school  P.I.T. in Los Angeles. He lives in Munich since 1991 and works as a professional drummer and percussionist in the film and media scene and teaches at different music schools. In July 2016 Andreas joined  the Spider Murphy Gang ("Skandal im Sperrbezirk") and has been playing with musicians like Jennifer Rush, Bobby Kimball (TOTO), La Bouche, Bill Evans, Al Di Meola oder Sigi Schwab.
