Costs for this mini retreat: 390 euros per person.

This price includes:

3 x Vinyasa Yoga & Mediation with Annette (2 hours each)

1 x Group Gong Bath (90 minutes) with Swann

1 x Yin Yoga & Live Musik (90 minutes) with Annette & Swann

1 x Individual Sound Massage (60 minutes)

 

Arrival and accommodation are not included in the price. Please organize individually. I will found a WhatsApp or an e-mail group for organization and planning of shared travel and accommodation within the group. There will be a dinner in Munich before the retreat, so you can get to know each other beforehand.

In the afternoons you will have time to do some sightseeing and in the evenings you can join for dinner together. Maybe you want to stay a couple of days longer to enjoy even more of Paris? The Zen and Sound Center will welcome you during your entire stay. 

 

Beginners welcome. Classes can be held in German and English.
